Force Majeure

Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms of Use, neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, acts of terrorism, government restrictions, or technical failures.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in mysure, Karnataka.
