Refund and Returns Policy
At Avalangadi by Priyanka, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure you are delighted with every purchase. This Return and Refund Policy explains the terms under which returns and refunds are accepted for purchases made through our website https://avalaangadibypriyanka.in/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”).
By placing an order on our Platform, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Eligibility for Return
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The product must be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery.
The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
Products showing signs of use, alteration, or damage not caused during delivery will not be eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following products are non-returnable:
Sarees or clothing that have been worn, altered, or washed.
Customized, stitched, or made-to-order items.
Items purchased during clearance or sale events.
Accessories or items specifically marked as non-returnable on the product page.
3. Return Process
If you wish to return an eligible product:
Contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving your order at support@avalaangadibypriyanka.in with your order ID, contact details, and reason for return.
Our team will review your request and arrange a pickup or guide you on how to ship the product back to us.
Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo a quality inspection to confirm eligibility.
Please note: If the returned product fails the inspection or is found to be used, worn, or damaged, the return request will be declined, and the product will be sent back to you.
4. Refund Process
Once your returned item is approved after inspection, your refund will be processed and credited within 7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to your original mode of payment (bank account, UPI, or card) used at the time of purchase.
In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after confirming account details with you.
Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchange Policy
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order separately.
6. Damaged or Wrong Product Received
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or unboxing video proof.
Our team will verify the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable. Damaged/ replaced products will be deliver to you within 7 days
7. Shipping Policy
We will deliver your products within 3-7 days
8. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted. In such cases, you may proceed with a return as per the policy above.
